Negative Energy Removal
Whether you are a believer in the metaphysical or not, this ritual will work for you. This is one of the first techniques I share with my students for immediate negative energy removal. Also, you need to be aware that if you are the originator of your negative energy, the non beneficial things that happen to you, will increase three fold. At that point you need to correct your thinking patterns as thoughts are things, and you need to focus on good positive events happening. There are more advance techniques that will work for the person creating their own chaos. The first step is being aware you are creating it, and then choosing to do something positive about it.
Now, let the negative energy removal begin.
- Earth Goddess
1. Stand in the Earth Goddess position (see picture to the above)
2. Turn in a counterclockwise circle while saying
3. “I return to you the originator, what you sent to me three times three times three.
4. Turn in a counterclockwise circle while saying
5. “I return to you the originator, what you sent to me three times three times three.
6. Turn in a counterclockwise circle while saying
7. “I return to you the originator, what you sent to me three times three times three.
Always send it back to the originator, because if you think it is coming from the neighbor across the street and its not, then you will be guilty of sending black magic at an innocent. When you do the negative energy removal and return energy sent to you that has the feel of negativity, and return it to the originator, this is not black magic, it is returning an unwanted gift. Returning the negative energy sent to you, to the innocent neighbor across the street is black magic.
The definition I use for black magic is:
- when you send ill intent to someone
- you take someone’s free will away from them
The definition I use for white magic is:
- when you send a ‘bless you’ to someone
- when you phrase your spell or prayer to include their freewill
In my advance classes I teach how to remove black magic without tossing more black magic around. Also, how to work with the white magic and get results as quick as using a more negative energy. While you may be a person who rejects all negative or black magic, and you embrace the light or white magic, until you learn how the black magic works your power will not come into being as soon as it could. I was halfway through my apprenticeship before I could appreciate this idea. You do not have to do black magic to learn how it works.
