Bully Freeze Spell

When my sister and I were in elementary school, we had our share of bullies.  A bully is one of those class mates who are insecure and call you names to make them selves feel better.  They can also be the one who beats you up for your lunch money or bicycle.

My mom gave us a jar to place our spells in and that was our area of the freezer.   The supplies you will need:

• Jar with lid.  (pickle, jelly, mayo, mason, etc. with a lid)
• Snack or sandwich baggie
• Pinch of sugar
• Piece of paper with their name on it

As you write the bully’s name on the piece of paper, think with strong intent and say:  Stop being a bully to me.

Now, write on through the bully’s name:  Be sweet to [your name].

• Put the paper inside the baggie.
• Zip lock the baggie.
• Put baggie into jar.
• Sprinkle sugar into jar.

Say:

You bully me no more.

I know you are sweet.

Let me help you, be nice to me.

It is my treat!

• Put lid on jar.
• Put jar in freezer.

NOTE: take jar out of freezer ONLY when you need to add another bully’s name.
